At a meeting of the Senate Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee, Rep. Watro spoke in support of House Bill 404, legislation he is sponsoring that would streamline the professional licensing process for veterans seeking a civilian career as an emergency medical technician (EMT) or paramedic in Pennsylvania. The committee unanimously approved the bill and sent it to the full Senate for consideration.
